Small facility, 5 parking spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are public restrooms in the lobby. There are spaced out seating for safety. The doctor was running behind when we went, 45mins at least. We enjoyed her attention to detail and really working with our son to get his vision crisp.
I work in automotive and got a piece of metal in my eyes. Called many places and turned away since I've never been there or no appointment or told to go to the ER meanwhile I have something in my eye. Found Dr. Smith and oddly enough one of her reviews stated they had something in their eye as well. I called and the front staff (forgot her name) was extremely nice and friendly and offered to come in about an hour or so later since that would be a better time to be seen as they had appointments. I show up at the time requested and met with friendly front staff. I filled out paperwork and was seen within 20 mins. Dr. Smith was phenomenal and was treated like I had been going there for 30 years. I can't say how grateful I was for her and her professionalism and truly felt like she cared. If I can rate Dr. Smith 10 out of 5 stars I would. I will now only be taking my family here for any and all eye related needs. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Dr. Smith. - Mr. Serrano
I called earlier this morning because there was a small piece of aluminum stuck in my eye. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and eager to assist me. I walked in the door around 8:15am and was quickly seen by 9:00am without an appointment. Dr. Smith was able to pluck the piece of metal out of my eye painlessly providing instant relief. Thank you so much Dr. Smith and staff for being so eager to help me in my time of need today! I will be coming here from now on!
The only doctor of any type I’ve been to where the patients are talking amongst themselves about how great the doctor and staff are in the waiting room. And they were right. Great service, thorough and compassionate doctor.
