Very impressed! I called them because my dad needed an Optometrist ASAP. The young lady that answered the phone was so understanding & helpful that she managed to have the doctor see my father the same day. Everyone there treated my dad very well, he was super happy that the doctor helped him immediately with the problem he had in his eye, he felt immediate relief! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM! I highly recommend them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely worst eye experience ever. Front desk lady seemed horrible. Went in and she immediately said $139. No Hello No How are you doing Nothing. I later asked to confirm who my appointment was with and found out it was switch. I called 2 days before and confirmed myself it was with MY doctor and still managed to switch my appointments with someone else. I am amazed by the lack of respect this Ivete lady had she need to be trained on how to speak to customers IMMEDIATELY. I will take my my money and rather go somewhere with basic mannerism and not a struggling practice.

I have never had an eye exam there until today. Dr. Judy was fantastic! Her excellent team gave me both the eye pressure and retinal tests. Executed flawlessly. Dr. Judy was stellar in reviewing the eye pressure and retinal tests as well as her own exam. Very impressed with her. Marie Carmella, who has helped me before, was - again - on-top of her game. I picked out eyeglasses as well as Marie. She gave me her opinion on each of them and am grateful for it! I left with two pair of glasses that I love! Would highly recommend Lens Crafters in the Rockaway Mall (NJ) to anyone needing either/both an eye exam and eye glasses!

My family have been going to this office for the past 15 years. Unfortunately, the doctor we were seeing retired (Dr. Meade) and they have some new doctors replacing him. This was the worst experience at Family Eye Care by far. First, the wait was super long, although we arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment time to get all of our pre-tests completed. Second, the new optometrist was very difficult to understand and hear (was speaking in a very low tone of voice). Third, my eyeglass prescription was incorrect, so we had to go back to change it. Fourth, the doctor never checked my retina manually, only relying on Optomap imaging. This is very unfortunate, so this was our last time visiting. We will have to look for another office with better service and care.
