Great place for truly personal service!! It started when I walked in the door, Skye was friendly, kind & professional. Dr. Chase was wonderful! He educated me, we laughed & I genuinely believe he listened to me. Then Billy & Lily helped me shop for frames & I had so much fun. I was looking for more than a "convenience store" experience & I finally found it here!!
This is one dr I don’t dread going to see. The staff are very professional and helpful. Little waiting time. No rush with the doctor. Takes his time and answers all questions. I would recommend them to everyone.
i have worn glass for 40 years and used quite a few eye doctors,this practice gave me the most comprehensive one i have ever received and this includes using the eye center at UAMS. i was shown high definition pictures of my eyes and excellent explanation given that was easily understood. I do not normally give feed back but i was so impressed i felt i had to. Another plus for me they have crizal (sp) lens available which are outstanding
Sorry I couldn't give you a proper review on your website but google wouldn't let me enter anything. I think the staff and doctors were always kind and helpful. They had the ability to give me a diabetic eye exam as well as a post cataract eye exam. They were great across the board right down to picking out frames for my new glasses. Personally, I have dealt with incorrect billing that took a couple months to correct. Staff is hit or miss, particularly the folks at the front desk, being rude more often than not and unkind. Doctor aka appointment availability is awful with one doc working only one day, so if he’s your doctor good luck. Clinic also has limited hours. I think the only thing they have going for them is location and being the only neighborhood spot. Will be looking for new optometrist.
