Zero stars is not an option. When your child has a bleeding disorder and is recommended by Arkansas Children’s Hematologist to be seen after a good fall you would think waiting 3 hours isn’t okay. But we did. Waiting after a head trauma? Absolutely disappointing for child care let alone child emergency care. Very disorganized. Millions of dollars put into “renovations”, hospital might look great definitely not putting children in need first. We DO NOT need an indoor basketball court with glass windows!!! We need to be seen at a reasonable time and leaving no questions unanswered. Be better not for the adults that can leave these reviews, be better for the children that need you!

Starting at the ER we was seen in no time. Everybody was nice. My daughter was admitted we was there for 5 days on the 4th floor (green zone). Everybody from the Doctors, Nurses, and Housekeeping was really great. Y'all went above and beyond for my daughter. Every last one of them showed me that they really care for there patients. The cafeteria was great and had a lot of smiling faces. One guy that cooked the burgers stood out because he had everybody laughing. If you was having a bad day he would make you smile. This hospital is #1 in my books. ♥️♥️♥️
Absolutely phenomenal. Everyone at the ER from Mark at the check-in desk to Ashley as our nurse was so sweet and attentive. We were in and out. Everything flowed smoothly. We are very grateful for Arkansas Children’s!
I don’t even know where to start. Waited hours in ER then admitted my son, never told us what was causing his pain. We seen about 20 something doctors and they all told us the same thing it was frustrating. We still left not knowing what was going on and we were there for 5 days. The doctor he originally seen before didn’t even check up on him. Definitely would not recommend them. I was shocked bc I bragged so much about this hospital even the nurse Graceann didn’t check on my child at all only seen her twice her whole shift. But Ms Story was very pleasant and Ms Stephenia was pleasant as well.
If you ever find yourself needing the Arkansas Children's Hopsital, you won't be disappointed. Our experience there was great, friendly parking attendant who helped us find the right parking lot because we were lost, free valet parking, anybody we asked a question of answered it throughly. The staff was all about us, anything they could do to help they did. We greatly appreciate it.
