I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. The lady that did the preliminary procedures was very personable and put me at ease. The doctor was amazing as always. The lady that helped me choose my frames and lens was also amazing. My experience was so pleasant. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Sometimes Customer Service is a thing of the past at some places. These people really have it together and I am very appreciative.

Family Eye Med on N Castle Heights in Lebanon TN provides quality exams with state of the art equipment and a well trained, caring staff. Dr. Gillespie is excellent. He is very thorough, patient, and responsive to all of my concerns. He and his office technicians have taken excellent care of my eyes for over 10 years.

Staff was very helpful and valued my time. I was in and out in no time at all and got exactly what I needed. Eyewear selection was more than any place I've been. They'll have whatever youre looking for!

Great experience. Dr Gillespie was perfect and I was impressed with the variety of test/exams to ensure I keep my eye health. Staff was competent and courteous and nice facility! Cheers to all those that visit.
