Family Eye Physcians

I've been attending this office for a few years now and it's always been pretty smooth! However, a phenomenal addition to their team is Louis! The front desk and eye exam went smoothly and were pretty fast, the most memorable part of the experience was all the helpful information given from Louis when choosing out my glasses. He took the time to explain to me what would go into my glasses and informed me about everything I needed to know! It was really refreshing and actually felt as though someone cared about my experience at the eye doctors! Louis was remarkable and what stood out most wasn’t only just their knowledge, but their patience, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. Looking forward to my new glasses!

I came here before and the doctors were amazing. Spent over an hour in traffic, took time off of work… maybe because it was a Friday… but Dr Garcia felt rushed. She kept throwing outnumbers and when I asked who “Yahira” was, she said it was her assistant (live on the computer) and not Ai. As if that makes it normal. Most people pretend to at least care, bedside manner sucks. This could easily be done by an ai machine a you just get charged $30 everytime you do a drive by visit without the fuss. I’ll try their oak brook location. Sad that this place sucks now.

The new doctor does not respect the time of the patients. waited longer then what the actual appointment was. waited 20+ minutes in a room just for the doctor to see me for 5 minutes and not tell me anything useful. never coming back please do better.

Overall great staff. Front desk was very sweet and extra helpful. The techs there were very pleasant and were very informative. Dr was nice as well.

I had such a wonderful experience at the family eye physicians . From the moment I walked in the girls were very welcoming, and very professional. Dr.Carroll took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I left feeling confident about my eye health and excited about my new prescription. I highly recommend Dr.Carroll to anyone looking for a caring and attentive eye doctor!
