We had a wonderful experience at Family Eye Wellness. The office is beautiful and the quality of care is exceptional. Dr. Patel was so knowledgeable and thorough examining my daughter's eyes. The glasses selection is fantastic and picking the glasses up was such a pleasant visit.

Family Eye Wellness was outstanding. The facility was pristine and very well maintained. Susan at the front desk was extremely professional and kind, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Dr. Patel and her assistant were both very professional throughout the visit. Dr. Patel was especially thorough and took the time to clearly explain each part of the examination. Dr. Patel and her team at Family Eye Wellness are simply the best! I’ve been to other eye doctors where it always felt like they were just trying to get patients in and out as quickly as possible. This experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, listened to, and genuinely cared for. For years, I thought something was wrong because my prescriptions never seemed quite right. Dr. Patel took the time to get everything just right, and for the first time in a long time, I can finally see clearly. I actually left the office with tears in my eyes not only because my eyes had just been dilated, but also because of how kind, patient, and professional everyone was. Most importantly, I finally walked out with the right prescription. That level of care meant more to me than I can put into words.
Best experience I or my family has ever had at the eye doctor! Dr. explained everything for my kids and I so we actually understood. They have a specialist to help with ordering and fitting glasses. She was also absolutely amazing. The ladies at the front were so friendly and welcoming! Best decision in a long time to come here!! We will be permanent clients!
