Highly recommend! After my eye doctors office that I had been going to my whole life stopped taking my insurance I was referred to Carolina Family Vision by a friend and I am so glad that I decided to come here! Dr.Nima and Hailey (so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) were so amazing! Dr.Nima is extremely personable, takes her name with you and explains everything so you can understand it! I will absolutely be recommending this practice!

Dr Johnson is phenomenal. Takes the time to answer any questions and explains anythimg I dont understand. Never pushes us to order or 'expexts us to order immediately' he genuinely seems to care about patients. I will be switching my other daughter to him as well. Hands down our fave eye dr around....definitely recommend

Easy to get in, fast, thorough and make sure all your questions are answered. The young woman at the glasses station was great and NOT PUSHY like the last place I went (in Fuquay). Great job!

I have been getting my glasses from this place for the past 5 years and, while I find the doctors good everyone else act like they've been trained for a week and put out there. There is no accountability for delays, call outs for price increases etc. It is a business, I get it but, I think this place has lost its commitment to the customer. My prescription glasses were due more than a full week ago and now I hear that (after 3 follow ups) that they are going to puy a rush order to get my glasses one more week later. But like clockwork I get calls to confirm my appointment and check my insurance prior. The last time around, I paid a lot for prescription glasses and I hadn't left the facility and I changed my mind (literally 5 mins later) and they said they cannot refund once paid the order goes to the lab instantly. I think I'm going to try Costco optical or Walmart at least even if the service isn't good I'm not paying ridiculous prices.

Excellent Customer Service with a very pleasant and helpful staff. Short wait time which is great. Dr. Johnson takes his time and is very knowledgeable. He answers all questions and concerns.
