Dr. Ashley and her staff are remarkable! They listen, they are thorough, they are thoughtful. I appreciate they use current technology to test my eyes, not antiquated puffs of air. I highly recommend Family Eyecare to anyone looking for a quality team!
My family had seen Dr Ashley Reddell, as well as Dr Gunn in the past whom were both Amazing! For this last appointment we had our care with Dr Jonathan Reddell whom was also phenomenal!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this group. From the care that we received during the assessment process, up through the time that was spent with my nine-year-old helping her to pick the perfect frame, we never once felt rushed or any lacking in care or attention. The office had a software malfunction with the retina imaging machine during our appointment and were unable to offer this service. The technician was very informative and apologetic, and Dr Reddell was extremely accommodating. I never felt there was any lack in care and will continue returning to this group. I trust this group with my family, and my husband will be returning as well. My husband had also made a comment on how thorough and informative all the doctors have been that he has seen as well.
Excellent visit!! Customer Service from reception to testing, to discussion with Dr., to picking out new glasses was great. But not surprised, as that has always been the case! And yet, they strive to make it better.
Dr. Ashley was great! Took the time to listen and don't make you feel like you're just rushed through. Friendly staff.
