The employees are extremely friendly and helpful as they are also busy helping other patients... 😊 They keep a smile on their faces and cheer in their voices to make you feel as comfortable as possible... And the decor is simple beautiful with the antiqueish furniture and Up-Cycled old doors hanging from the ceiling as lights and large wall mirrors... Just beautiful to display their large variety frames for glasses and sunglasses for adults and children ...

Waited 2 weeks for my glasses, when they came in the bifocal was wrong so they were sent back. 2 weeks go by to pick up corrected glasses, and they were frames i didnt even consider buying. 1 month has gone by and still no glasses. The staff were very helpful and polite. But thier niceties dont help me when my glasses are still wrong. New to area and tries to find a good place to go. If your elderly and needing glasses dont waste your time.

Excellent experience with the Eye Doctors in Leavenworth. The entire team was very courteous and polite. My mom's first time going to the eye doctor and I'm very pleased and satisfied with her experience and results. Thank you Eye Doctor.

Really nice and personable staff very professional as well the office and exam rooms were clean accepted my medicare Medicaid insurance although the selection frames to choose from was minimal I was still able to order a new prescription lenses and a basic pair of frames with no out-of-pocket costs!

Dr. Bechtold is a great eye doctor!! The staff needs to do better at listening to the patients concerning their insurance. The patients know what is covered and not covered. And stop scheduling appointments for the patients. They know their schedule better than a computer.
