Family First Vision Care - Castle Rock

Over the weekend, I went in for my annual eye-exam/checkup and thankfully received a very much needed updated eye glass prescription. This is the most outstanding eye-exam facility I have ever visited. I will never entrust my eye care anywhere else. Caring professionals all around from the receptionist, to the technicians, to the eye-doctor herself. Absolutely the finest eye care specialists throughout the state of Colorado. This is the only eye care center you will ever need!!! I tell all of my friends and family members to please stop in and experience the same high level treatment and care that I've experienced. You will not be disappointed!

Overall a good experience. Would I return? Sure. Will I explore other providers? Probably. Good service, but I would not say it overtly friendly. Not unfriendly. Just kind of "meh". Maybe more opportunity to be warmer. Maybe build a better relationship? All business - little warmth. Not sure how else to describe it. And I will add that any of these optical places seem to want you to order contacts and glasses through them when it is clearly less costly to purchase elsewhere. Seems like there could be more acknowledgement of this.

No longer wait for appointment time, Dr is professional and helpful. Ladies out front very helpful, don't rush you and do whatever you need to make it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend
