If you are looking for a great Eyecare office, look no further. The doctors, technicians, and staff are wonderful and caring. The staff checks all your options to find the best price. The doctors are thorough and take their time to listen to your needs and concerns. The glasses technicians take time to find frames that fit your needs and they take care of your glasses if your frame should fail. The office is very relaxing with classical music playing all day.

The service has dropped dramatically for getting any sort of eyewear. For the past 4 months no one answers the phone in optical. No one returns phone calls. It used to be approximately 10 business days to get prescriptions. They told us now it's 2-3 weeks. It's been over a month. No update, no glasses, no returned calls. I had to walk in last time to be able to talk to anybody and I paid $454 for my son's glasses.

Dr. Raffa is the best optometrist I’ve ever had! So kind, caring, and gentle. I’m so glad I found him!

My husband and I have both been to founders a few times. And are never disappointed. Yesterday they were short staffed and they didn’t miss a beat. The whole team was helping in all the areas of the business. We saw dr Thompson. She actually took our call the day before and was able to get us in the next day! She was warm and kind and walked us through everything with a smile and dressed any concerns we may have had. We then went and picked out new glasses. The manager (I’m so sorry blanking on your name) he was AMAZING!!! Took his time worked with our budget but made sure we left happier then we thought we would be! It was really refreshing to see such a wonderful group of people working like an actual team. If one person was swamped someone else jumped in when they had a minute. The companies owner should be incredibly proud of the staff they have working for them!

My wife and I saw Dr Thompson today and was so impressed with her kindness, sense of humor and professionalism! She makes the patient feel like family and takes all the time needed to explain test results and answers all questions. Do not have the words to describe how glad we are that she is our Doctor! The front and back office staff is equally outstanding. Our technician was wonderful, friendly and professional. Again, she explained everything she was doing and why. Front office staff made making a reservation super easy and check out was a breeze! Founders Eyecare socializes their values and they live up to them! We will be lifelong patients!
