Family First Vision Care - Dove Valley

My appointment was very quick and efficient. I was seen on time. All of the staff were very nice. The intake I completed online submitted without a hitch. My contact exam included quite a few pairs of daily contacts. They have an amazing selection of frames. Overall great experience!!

This was our daughter’s first optometrist visit and the entire staff put her at ease. They were also very patient and thorough with her questions, and helpful when picking out the glasses that were right for her.

super helpful staff, I came in to get my glasses fitted and got helped immediately. Guy that helped me gave thorough explanation of what he was doing and what he can do for us in the future.

I saw a different eye doctor on today’s visit very unexpectedly however he paid close attention on detail and while he isn’t Dr Rachel he was amazing and I felt very taken care of and confident in my exam process and outcome! It was Sophia at the front desk tho that the stole the day for me! On top of being incredibly kind and efficient she has exceptional bedside manner during screenings AND she went thru my benefits with me and assisted me to get two boxes of contacts fully under my insurance which completely blew me away! If you need an eye doctor this one hundred percent the place to go! I’ve been going there for 3 years now and every year just gets better even though from year one it was already above and beyond expectations. Thank you all so much for everything you do!!!
