Family First Vision Care - Goshen

I haven't been to an eye doctor since before I was a teenager, in other words, I had no idea what I was in for. Everything went smooth, staff was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I was most impressed by the dr that put me through the exam. Not for one minute was I confused about what was next, she let me ask questions, and answered alot before I could even ask. When I tell you I felt like this was one of my moms friends who've known me my whole life...I was at home!! Thank you all for everything!! Can't wait to get my glasses!!!❤️

Such friendly and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable and informed the entire time I was there. The the doctor was the absolute sweetest

Went there today and exam went well but when it came to getting glass it was super overpriced and when I said I was going else where and just wanted my prescription they gave it to me but said they wouldn't give me my script for my contacts even though I paid for the contact fitting exam thinking about pursuing legal action and never going here again

My exam was fine. My experience was fine. The people at the desk are great, but I have to say that even before my appointment, the doctor rubbed me the wrong way hard-core by the way he spoke to an 80-year-old woman with a walker. “Are you the stroke lady?” is not an appropriate, professional greeting in my opinion.

Dr. Fraser was gracious, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the results of my exam and next steps. She makes her patients feel valued and heard. Ayesha was the administrator that managed my visit from welcome, to ordering, to payment, and final farewell - she is a generous hostess and very professional. She even called me back on a detail related to my order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her pride in her work is the insurance that customers are going to get the best treatment when they come to Pearle Vision on Elkhart Rd.
