I’ve been coming to FHCN since around 2001 back when there was just the one location on Bridge. I’ve seen doctors elsewhere over the years but FHCN has always been the home court. I’ve found the best providers here and truly appreciate the constant this clinic has been for me and my family. Big time recognition to my girl Marchbanks at the School location .. I’m the newest member of her fan club for obvious reasons. Stay gold FHCN 🙌

Ericka Marchbanks is a compassionate and helpful health care provider. She answered all my questions and concerns. Her willingness to help her patients is apparent in her positive attitude. I highly recommended her as a physician. Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Brooklyn Mayes. During one of the most heartbreaking times in my life the loss of my baby she showed a level of compassion and care that truly made a difference. She was attentive, gentle, and fully present, always making sure I felt heard and supported every step of the way. Even in the midst of such deep sadness, Dr. Mayes brought a sense of light and comfort to both me and my fiancé. Her kindness went far beyond what you would expect, and it’s something we will never forget. She has a rare ability to combine genuine empathy with exceptional medical care. Dr. Mayes is not only an incredible doctor, but an amazing human being. I’m deeply grateful for the care she gave me during such a difficult time.
TERRIBLE Front desk receptionist. I took my elderly father on Tuesday to the dentist and when I walked up to check him in she said, “The dentist is running late and we are backed up and so I don’t know when you’ll be seen”. I asked, what does that mean? She said , “ just what I said! we’re running behind. The dentist is not in yet”. I asked, will my dad see another dentist? Or are you rescheduling? What are you doing? She said, “I don’t know we can call you when we get to you.” Seriously! my dad is 85 years old and he’s not going to sit around and just wait for who knows how long! That girl was extremely unprofessional . I understand people running late and things coming up, but be more professional and proactive! at least Let patients know before they even take time off of work and drop kids off and try and rearrange a schedule. I was not rude, and I did not show that I was upset, but I was extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism
This was my very first visit to Family HealthCare Network on School Ave, and I walked in feeling nervous and unsure of what to expect. The moment I stepped inside, the staff completely put me at ease with how welcoming and professional they were. I have to highlight the front receptionist Ashlie—she was incredible from the start. She greeted me with such warmth and kindness that my nerves instantly went away. She was patient, friendly, and truly made me feel comfortable during my check-in. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your whole experience just by the way they treat you, but Ashlie did exactly that. She’s amazing at what she does. The provider Crystal Nuno was just as wonderful. As a first-time patient, I appreciated how attentive she was. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood every step of my care. Crystal is compassionate, knowledgeable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She made me feel safe, heard, and taken seriously. Overall, my first visit exceeded every expectation thanks to the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the staff—especially Ashlie and Crystal. I left feeling confident and cared for, and I can’t recommend this clinic enough.
