Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor did not rush and explained everything I needed to do. I was so impressed with their great customer service that I made an appointment for my daughter and husband. This is my go to site for all my eye care needs. I’m so happy I found them.

I mean I don’t even know where to begin. I came in at 12:30 Pm in TIME for my appointment. Two patients came in after me and were seen before me by the doctor. I was not seen until 1 hour later. I then proceeded to see the doctor and she was very nice. However, this was my first time wearing eye contacts and she did not teach or instructed me on how to put them on and off. She put them on and just left them there. Didn’t even have me attempt on my own until i felt comfortable and told me to search up youtube videos to learn how to do it myself. I later called the office because i wanted to speak to the doctor and the front desk was extremely rude and told me that the doctor doesn’t talk to patients. This is completely unprofessional and a HUGE LIABILITY for the doctor as she is supposed to instruct patients how to wear contacts before they leave the clinic. I had to go to urgent care to get them removed and the doctors there told me that i should report this as an optometrist is responsible for this.
Was a decent place many years ago now the doctor is very "different" and deeply focused on money. She gave me a 1 minute exam and sent me right on my way. There's no telling what she billed my insurance for. I am reporting her. Steer far away from here.
I didn't care to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time but once I met with the doctor, I understood why. She is one of the most thorough and respectful medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I dread going to any doctor but, apart from my very nice primary care nurse practitioner, Dr. Aliya Hot is the most thoughtful and respectful professional I've ever dealt with. She should give all MDs lessons on how to treat patients. Furthermore, her staff is lovely and the office is clean.
Terrible customer service. Ordered my glasses, waited months just to be told it was lost and they can’t do anything about it. Absolutely don’t recommend this place, very irresponsible.
