Dr. Patel is absolutely wonderful and truly cares about her patients. My wife and I have been going for years to her. We are always so impressed by how she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She ensures you leave with a complete understanding of your eye health, treatment options, and vision needs without ever making you feel rushed. I would highly recommend her and her entire team. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is just as caring, attentive, and kind as she is. It is rare to find a clinic that combines top-tier medical expertise with such a warm, welcoming environment!

From the moment I walked through the door I felt at home & welcomed. The office is airy, open & impeccably clean. Josie at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very efficient in getting my paperwork in their system. Dr Patel's assistant (who's name escapes me) was very thorough with the testing. Then there's Dr Patel! Dr Patel is the doctor you want checking your eyes for any issues or assurance that your eyes are the best they can be. She examined the tests her assistant administered then took the time to explain the results to me in laymen terms. Dr Patel then examined my eyes for the correct lens prescription in a very thorough manner as well. As a patient I was able to observe interaction between Dr Patel and her staff. The respect and professionalism I observed between Dr & staff members was very impressive! I will certainly be recommending Family Eye Care, Dr. Chaulaben Patel & her staff to others.
