However, Elizabeth from Family Vision Care North reached out personally and showed genuine concern and accountability for what happened. She took the time to explain the possible issue, apologized sincerely, and made it clear that they wanted to make things right. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care she demonstrated. It’s rare to find businesses that take responsibility and go the extra mile to fix things. Our glasses were fixed and not against the warranty. Family vision takes care of their patients! I had an after-hours eye emergency, and this was the first office that called me back. Dr. Palmer patiently explained what was likely happening and told me to cone in the next day. Her schedule was full, so I saw Dr. Rigby. Again, kind, compassionate care. I came here out of necessity. But I'll return because they are great!

Great service. Ashlynn is the best! So knowledgeable. She talked my daughter through the fitting of her first pair of contacts. It wasn’t an easy task. But Ashlynn was so patient and encouraging throughout the process.

Best vision center in Utah!! Elizabeth the office manager had been helping us for goodness well over 13 years now and is absolutely incredible. My parents and I appreciate the consistency we have received with this office for many many years.
