Through the greeting at the front desk till the end of my exam, everyone was pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was explained in a way that I could understand and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. I have a somewhat complicated history with my eyes, and I feel very comfortable that everything is addressed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend Family Vision Care!
I was referred to Dr Urbanski by Dr’s Adam and Trish Coffee. Dr Adam Coffee (retired) was my optometrist who I had a great deal of confidence in over the years as well as him being a personal friend of mine. I found on this my first visit that Dr. Urbanski is a perfect fit for me as he and his office staff made me feel like I was a long time patient. I was impressed with the detailed eye examination I received and the response I received from Dr. Urbanski regarding questions I had about my eyes. For me, this is going to be a valued relationship in years to come.
Dr. Urbanski and his team are wonderful! My annual appointment was quick, smooth and easy. The student doctor was very professional and a pleasure to have ! He would make a great addition to the team!
I was very impressed with every facet of this practice. It's very cutting edge while still retaining that Mom & Pop feel. I felt like I received excellent, thorough, and professional attention. Every person in the office was friendly and pleasant. I usually have nothing good to say about most medical services, but Family Vision Care exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this place!
Dr Urbanski is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I love the small town feel of the office. It’s the opposite of feeling like I’m going through an assembly line! The quality is there. We’re lucky to have him in our community!
