My first appointment at this location was very pleasant. Not a long waiting time . Pleasant staff. Thorough testing was provided and Dr. Boland explained the results in great detail. Highly recommend Dr.Boland.
Used to be really happy with this place, but after they changed ownership things have really gone downhill. Got new lenses back in September. Was told I owed $XXX. Bill was paid. Not the slightest hint of possible future charges. Was told I owed a specific amount and the transaction was done. Now months later I'm told I owe an additional $150. Absolutely ridiculous. And to make matters worse, Northeastern Eye Institute absolutely refuses to discuss with me. I've been given the run around and ignored. Was told on the phone I'd get call backs. No calls. Tried to message via facebook and their website. No surprise no contact there either. My family and I had been going there for years, but we will not be returning and definitely not recommending.
Dr. Boland and staff are amazing. Great people, courteous and very welcoming. They make you feel comfortable in their office.

My experience with Dr. Boland and the entire staff during my cataract surgery was wonderful. They were kind, professional, and made sure i was completely comfortable. All instructions were clearly explained and also provided in writing. It made the process foolproof! They were well organized and reassuring from start to finish.
