I've had glasses my whole life and can safely say this is was one of the best experiences I've had at a clinic. Dr. James was amazing at setting a professional yet welcoming and calm atmosphere. My eye test, dilation, and frame fitting were all done in a timely yet not rushed manner. All of the staff was personable and really sold the small town, small business feeling. My glasses were ready quicker than any other place I've been! Definitely coming back for any needs I have in the future!

I am disappointed by how this situation was handled. After leaving an honest review based on my experience, I was informed that I would no longer be allowed to receive services. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, the responsibility was shifted away from the real issue—unprofessional behavior from staff. Accountability matters, especially in a healthcare setting. Patients should feel heard, respected, and safe to share feedback without fear of retaliation. While I’m disappointed, I am also relieved knowing I won’t be financially supporting a business that responds this way to valid concerns. - Tamara Ojeda

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the women in the office named Lee. Communication was poor, and I left feeling confused about the way they do things without worrying about their patients which made the experience stressful rather than reassuring. For an eye care office, I expected more professionalism, attention to detail, and patient care. Unfortunately, this did not meet those expectations.

I have been by ok g here for three years now. Reno Miljivac is an amazing optometrist!! She’s thorough and quick!! I was actually surprised!! My glasses came in very quick!! They have a huge selection and they make sure the glasses fit you well before you leave!! They are definitely your go to for your eye care needs!!

Remi Miljavac is the best doctor ever no doubt about it she helped me out a lot and my grandpa if anyone is reading this I 100% would recommend coming here and the lady who helped me and my grandpa pick out glasses was so nice and very helpful again would 100% come here very good atmosphere
