I let the optical store and the largest retail store in the world fill my prescription…. You can guess who it was well they basically put my lenses sideways and Bennett optical corrected it in about 20 minutes. I will never go anywhere else.
I had my first ever appointment with Dr. BENNETT'S office. I found that the office was friendly, caring and they all were happy to be working there. That's a sign they are all treated well. I would like to mention Hannah who help me with my glasses, she was so good at her job. Thank you Hannah and there was Alana , who did my measurements and took all my information to start my customer account. Everyone was great. Thank you all so much. I'll be back. I've struggled with my vision for years and never felt like it was "quite right". Dr. Crabtree went through several different options with me before we found the right fit. He is very patient and listened to everything I said to make sure I'm happy with the results. Finally, for the first time in years, I can see well and with comfort.
Dr. Crabtree and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!! They are always friendly and smiling!! Dr. Crabtree by far is the BEST, most caring, eye Dr. I have seen in a long time! He answers any and all questions ask, very thorough, with a personality to to boot!! I would highly recommend Bennet Eye Care and Dr. Crabtree along with his staff. Go see them for all of your eye care needs!!!
The girls who work the front desk are beyond amazing, sweet and caring!! The Dr is very thorough and very nice. Very soft spoken and very easy to feel comfortable. I work a lot and have been needing new glasses but always busy. I was off today and called around Kearney and everywhere was booked today. I explained my situation to them and they squeezed me in. Had car issues and had to ride my bike. So I called and they said no problem and they still took me.
