Great Docs and great service. I am lucky to have such a good practice local to me, especially one with experience for less common eye conditions. You feel like they actually care about your vision and want you to have the best experience possible.

I called the office on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Check-in was easy, and I was seen right away. All of my questions were answered, and I felt welcomed by both the doctor and the staff. Overall, it was a great experience.

My husband and I had appointments but apparently we didn’t know that we were supposed to go on our email and confirm our appointment. Nobody was in the waiting room but they refused to work us in. They didn’t offer to make new appointments for us and they laughed at me while I exited the building. I’ve never been treated so badly. The doctor was ok last year but the office staff was too busy gossiping to try to help their patients.

4th time @ Family Vision Center Crosby 2 excellent experiences and 2 terrible experiences this last time they cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t get a hold of me after receiving a confirmation email..they must have used an old phone number… I got no notification at new number or the email that was input into the online appointment scheduler. Only communication was a confirmation email and was not told otherwise until I showed up… very disappointing

Dr Szabo and her staff are always extremely patient and kind. The office is very neat and extremely clean. This is our vision home.
