Elisa was amazing and Lydia helped me try 100 different pair of glasses. She really made me feel like Cinderella when we found the right pair! Come here they have lots of patience, they're basically monks. :)
Highly recommend going to Family Vision Center! My daughter and I went in on Saturday for her first appointment and they accommodated not only her coming in a little earlier since we were done with her other appointments they were able to fit me in as well. Elisa, Rose and Ashley were so friendly and helpful and the doctor was “so sweet” that’s all my ten year old kept saying. They are great.
Yesterday was my first experience with Family Vision and I have to say I was quite impressed and so happy that I found them on Google. From the moment When I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a friendly hello by Elisa, After a very quick check in she took me to do my pre-exam. I felt very comfortable. Doctor Stevens explained everything in detail To make sure I understood what was going on with my eyes. Rosa was Awesome And help me find the glasses that best fit my face and my budget. I definitely will be going back next time
I had previously placed a negative review, because they had canceled my appointment. The office called me back because they were able to get me in that day after all. Fast forward a few months, where I called to obtain my current prescription for an Ophthalmology appointment. Dr. Strickland personally called me to make sure that everything was okay. That call meant a great deal to me, and it shows how much the staff/Dr. care about their patients. Thank you so much!!
Just had an eye exam and I have been going to this place for longer than I care to admit It’s always such a pleasure The staff is amazing and make you feel so comfortable. Elisa did my exam and she was great.
