Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I paid for full eye exams for both myself and my children, yet they refused to provide my PD measurement. Dr. Shin seemed bothered by my questions, and the entire experience felt like a high-pressure sales tactic. Their frames were overpriced with a limited selection, yet I felt forced to purchase from them. They clearly prioritize sales over professional patient care and completely disregard the consumer's perspective. I will not be returning.

I am really annoyed at them right now. The Dr changes the contact lens prescription but doesn't give any trial lens. How are we supposed to even know if the prescription works before buying. However, they charged the full fee for contact lens fitting and it should include a trial lens. This is just unprofessional. The doctor doesn't take time to answer any question either. They give me no reason to come back and won't recommend them for others either.

I went there today with broken glasses. One of my coworkers lives above them and directed me there. They couldn't have been more kind or more competent. The didn't charge me and my glasses are back intact. I was very impressed. I would recommend them unquestionably.

Dr. Shin was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the results of my eye exam in a manner that was easy to understand. She was willing to answer any questions I had and provided time and care you rarely see these days. When it came time to purchase my glasses, the staff were well informed on my insurance and my options. The selection of eyewear at Fanwood is top notch. Our family has found our new optician and eye care specialists.

First time as an adult in an eye care facility. Inside was beautiful and clean. Very nice people at reception and machines. Doctor Kathy was so nice, helpful, and patient with me as a new customer. Explained every procedure and result thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back here for appointments, prescriptions, and glasses.
