I visited many optometrists, looking for the perfect frames and Sierra and the crew at pearle vision came through with flying colors. They presented me with many, many, many frame and transition lens color options and then even staying a little past closing to help complete the transaction and fit the frames perfectly. Thank you for making this a very fun shopping experience. I can't wait for my glasses!!!

Been getting eye care at Pearle Vision for a few years. My eye doctor is amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly! They have a good variety of frames. When picking out my newest pair of frames, the staff were very attentive and made helpful suggestions on frames that worked well for me. The purchasing process was smooth and all of the insurance and pricing information was well explained. My newest frames came in earlier than expected. I went to pick them up and have them adjusted - looking forward to getting them. The lady that helped me, with adjustments, seemed (to me) a bit unfriendly. I misunderstood her process. I felt she was impatient in her response. After the adjustment, my glasses were hastily “cleaned” with smears left on the lenses. I was unable to actually see clearly and carefully redid it myself. This is the second difficult encounter with staff who help people picking up glasses. Other than that, I appreciate the customer service at this place.

We love Dr. Long! She’s so personable, funny, and smart! We enjoy going to this Pearle Vision. They’ve always been very kind to us. They are willing to work with you and figure out your benefits with your specific insurance. It can get spendy, but again, that is totally based on your insurance/your choice(s) and not on Pearle Vision. This location has so many frames, cute sunglasses, contacts, and more. Thank you guys for being great to work with!

Dr. DuBois, Dr. Koeppe, and the entire team at Pearle Vision in Fargo are outstanding. They’re professional, patient, and genuinely take the time to understand my specific needs and real-world use cases. They listen closely, ask great questions, and make recommendations that actually fit the challenges I’m trying to solve, not a one-size-fits-all approach. They have a huge selection, the process is easy from start to finish, and the turnaround time is quick. I also really appreciate how comfortable they make the experience—I can ask any question without feeling rushed or judged. Great pricing, great service, and a team that treats you like an individual. Highly recommend.
