Very curtious and professiinal staff. I did not feel rushed thru the eye exam and the Dr. Answered all my questions. You are not pressured imto buying high dollar frames. They gave my husband snd myself plenty of time to try on frames and choose what we wanted. There computers were down and not able to give us exact pricing, but we were advised of that at the beginning of our visit. Even with the computer down it was an amazing visit and we were advised we would not have to make another appointment to come back for measurements and pricing. Also a plus was being able to make the appointment on line. I went on line just yesterday and myself and husband got in today Saturday!

Came in at 6 pm appointment, even though the staff had a long day and I'm sure they were ready to close, they remained cool,calm and collected! Dr. Very professional and kind. The rest of the staff were amazing very polite and professional with an amazing smile 😃

This my go to spot for my eye exam. I love Dr Chu and the staff at LensCrafters. Allora is always super nice and the fact that they all remember me after a year. I also like that there is no pressure to buy glasses.

I went for an eye exam. I waited a little longer than expected but I was a new patient. Other than that staff and service was great!
