Dr. Bradley is great. Can’t say the same about the back office. On 5/21/26 I went to order contacts. The lady put in the order or I thought she did. I called back about a week later to get an update because I kept looking on the Marlo app and they had no record. Lady that answered said they were not ordered because information was missing. I asked her what it was and she said part of the prescription was missing. She didn’t apologize nothing. She said it would be 3 days. 2 weeks later and still have not received them. It’s not like I did not pay for them money was collected. It is so frustrating I am told it would take 3 days and 2 weeks later nothing.

Front desk is unorganized and rude. I made apps for myself and 2 boys over 3 weeks ago. Last week was my actual appointment and on my way there I called to confirm and they moved it to the following Monday, I accepted and showed up today. I was told my 3 apps were for 3:45,4:00, and 4:15pm. I arrived at 3:50 and the lady with faded red hair already had an attitude. She proceeds to tell me that one of my apps was at 3:15 so she could only see me and one of the boys. I told her I was already frustrated about my canceled app and now I’m being told one of my apps is at 3:15. I told her no they need to fix this and do something about it. The miserable receptionist still kept her attitude and continued trying to prove a point about confirmation text which I told her 2 times I received 2 of those text for 3:45. So I asked her if I could speak with someone else and she said absolutely and none of the other lazy receptionist or manager stood up. So the rude lady proceeded one more time to prove her point about confirmation text but she was failing to understand that yes I received the text for 3:45 which was my first appointment. I let the incompetent lady have it and called her some ugly words because she could not let her attitude go. My husband and I own multiple businesses and we always make sure our customers are happy ESPECIALLY if our employees screw up. This lady couldn’t put her ego aside. She acted as if she owned the place but is just a receptionist with a trade for 24$ an hour. She could have just had my two boys seen and rescheduled me but it was the end of the day and she had to argue with someone. This also wasn’t the first time she was rude. Our last time coming to this place she had a terrible attitude as well. We gave it another chance and ended up with a rescheduled appointment and a mis scheduled one the day of. I do not recommend this place to anyone. After reading the other reviews I found that almost 70% of the bad reviews are about there customer service and front desk ladies. These front desk people are the face of your business I would have replaced them a while ago. I do expect a response to this review since egos are high there.

Super nice and friendly! All the staff were on point and attentive. Super clean and organized inside and outside and I was there In and out quickly. I would recommend and actually tell me friends and family about this place, just super satisfied with the service and wide selections!!!

Terrible phone service and worst in person. Came here with my mother and the women at the front desk are not friendly. They do not greet you when you walk in or smile. Terrible attitudes when speaking with them. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Optometrist are dime a dozen move on to the next place with better customer service. Based on a majority of there reviews they have terrible customer service and terrible warranty policy’s. - J

I’ve been a patient here for about 15 years, and although we had a disagreement at one point over a warranty issue for frames, the staff and management team went above and beyond to make things right. Their customer service truly impressed me, and it showed me how much they value their patients. Over the years, they’ve always been professional, caring, and attentive to my needs. That’s why I’ve continued to trust them with my eye care for so long. Highly recommended! Dr Clayton is the man.
