Fichman Eye Center

Everyone here was very pleasant! I was able to get appointments for my son and I very quickly. They were quick and accurate with the office paperwork that had to be done and I did not wait long before I was brought in for the exam. They clearly explained everything they were doing and it was a great experience! The only thing I would suggest is way less notifications when it’s time for an appointment and to do this survey.

Had an appointment. No waiting … 👍.Professional all the way through . Special Kidos to Rebecca who helped me with my Glasses . She was very helpful and informative. She was patient and detailed. Thank you to all staff and Dr. highly recommend.

Taken immediately upon my arrival. Technician introduced herself and was very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Patel was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well. Explained my results so I was able to understand.them completely. I was impressed with everyone in the facility. Receptionist was courteous and professional and answered any questions I asked. This facility is very clean and I enjoyed the peaceful environment while there. Today was a very pleasant visit for my exam. I will definitely see them in a year for my check up.

Courteous, friendly, professional. Corrected a small insurance problem on the spot. Through exam. Did not try to push any products on me. Adjusted my wife's glasses while we were there. (We both use their services.) I recommend them.

I was basically pleased with the exam, except they do charge an extra $50.00 for if you were contacts. That seem a ripoff to me. It should not matter if you wear glasses or contacts, the exam should be the same price. Only saw a doctor for 5 mins, as the technician took care of everything else.
