Today was my first visit establishing care here. Dr. Fick was so kind and wonderful to deal with. I felt listened to and was not rushed through my appointment. The girls working the front desk were informative and answered all of my questions and the girls he had doing my testing and taking my measurements were absolute sweethearts.
Everyone there is so kind and patient. The Dr.’s our thorough and don’t make you feel like they are rushing to get to the next patient. They really take the time to make sure you get everything you need and explain things so you can understand.
This was my first visit. My son had been there previously and had a good experience. I switched from my former optometrist because Fick was able to get my son (and me) in quickly. The associate who did my exam was so polite and explained directions well and had a calming demeanor. The rest of the exam with the doctor was pleasant and quick. Would recommend.
Been awhile since I’ve been able to get to my eye doctor appointment. But today I did!!! They are always professional respectful and helpful and friendly to everyone. You feel like family a d comfortable with the staff snd the super doctors. They always keep their eye on you!! LOL thank you Dr. Tonya
Top notch care from start to finish!! My glasses broke and I am starting a new job in two days. They could fit me in the same day, due to a cancellation. They were professional, thorough, and explained everything very clearly. Then I went next-door and got a pair of glasses the same day!! I am completely satisfied and highly recommend!!!!
