Walmart Vision Center

Recently moved to the area and called in to make an appointment for my children. The receptionist who answered was not friendly and did not seem to want to make appointments in general. Spoke to the next receptionist and she explained they have a policy limiting family visits to two persons in a family per day because they would lose time/money if no showed (of which we have never done and even offered a deposit). I have never heard of such a restriction and we are a family that wears glasses! Very inconvenient and not patient focused - or even family friendly.

I have purchased glasses her a few times. I’m so happy they take my insurance. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Margo is amazing. She greets me by name and is very pleasant. I will continue to have them make my glasses.

My daughter and I got glasses here today. Emily was extremely helpful and took her time going over everything. She gave honest feedback about how frames looked on me and pricing options. She was patient and friendly. I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend coming here!

I purchased glasses when the most stringent safety measures were in place. We were all frightened of Covid 19. The Vision Center Staff were competent, polite, and firm with their policies, and their cleanliness and attention to detail were phenomenal ! I just picked up a new pair of glasses and I have been thrilled with the experience. My frames cost only $9 and were recommended by an employee who was actually wearing them. She has used the same pair for three years. Additionally, these new frames are adjusted to fit my face properly. I love that.

So glad we were at the wrong place!! The worker ignored us and then was rude when she did acknowledge us.
