I had a lab appointment at 7:40 am. Their appointment system; setting up an appointment from their website to check-in at the site was seamless. I arrived there early, at 7:20 am and was ready to wait at the waiting room. In less than a minute, I was called in. I was happy that I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff who took care of me was professional and courteous. The entrance to the building was off the driveway (not on Termino), but it was fairly easy to spot the entrance. Question Diagnostics is on the 2nd floor so take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the directional signs. There seems to be a plenty of parking as well.

I’ve been waiting for more than 50 minutes. When I arrived, there was no one else waiting, and based on what I could see, no one was being helped at the service windows either, so I didn’t understand why the wait was so long. I asked one of the employees if they could explain the delay, but instead of receiving an explanation, I was told rather impatiently that “that’s just how it is with walk-ins.” I’ve visited Quest almost 10 times over the past six months as part of my medical treatment, and that has not been my experience. I understand that walk-ins may have to wait, but better communication and a more courteous response would have made the experience much less frustrating.
I've gotten a blood test twice here now. I have a phobia and get faint sometimes, but the technicians here are reassuring and very quick and competent so it was a smooth and painless experience both times. I omitted one star because the building itself isn't kind of dingy. Plus theres a walk up a slight incline from the parking lot which could barrier for some.
the appt was easy to make. check-in was easy to do.. my wait time to be seen was minimal. the tech who drew my blood was absolutely wonderful, the needle prick was pain free. Thank You, for improving the process.
This is my favorite Quest location. It's convenient and clean. All the phlebotomists are so nice and good at what they do, as I'm not a big fan of having blood drawn. This particular visit Dayrin did my blood draw, she was nice and I barely felt anything! What a great experience. I will return to this location next time I need a blood draw :)
