I truly enjoyed my appointment at First Sight Family Vision! The staff was delightful and Dr. Egbert was awesome. He and I had more in common that I would have thought and that made the visit even more enjoyable!
Went their with my mom to help her pick out frames. Not only where they extremely helpful and helped my mom get the best deal with insurance before she even asked- rude costumer at the front when we walked in, she was extremely rude to the lady at the desk as she apologized and tried to help and fix her problem, I appreciate good customer service when I see it. Extremely satisfied. Employes here treat everyone with utmost respect and professionalism with a smile and the sweetest attitude.
I had a great experience at First Sight Family Vision! I'll be back next year. Everyone there was super friendly and professional. The whole eye exam process was smooth and easy. Dr. Egbert really took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Really easy to talk to. Also, they have quite the selection of glasses. So many awesome styles to choose from! A lot of local designers, too! Erica (sorry if name spelt wrong) helped me narrow down my choices to the perfect pair. I got clip on shades, too. I left feeling really happy with my order. I requested my new glasses and shades be mailed to me after they were ready (they'll mail them to you for a small fee). They left me a voicemail and communicated with me over email to keep me informed on shipping updates, etc. Today, I just got my new glasses & clip-on shades in the mail. I'm so thrilled! They fit and look great. Thank you!!!!
Lovely large reception room with very friendly staff. Very little wait time. Examination was thorough and Dr and staff explained every procedure to me. I feel confident that my eye heath is being well cared for.
This vision practice provides a level of customer service and elevated experience that comes very close to being at the 4 Seasons or a Ritz Carlton. The staff is extremely polite and courteous, and the doctor really cares; not just about your eyes but genuinely just how you’re doing as a person. I honestly look forward to going to my eye appointment, which I never thought I would say! Cannot recommend this place enough!
