Dr. Hansen Brown and her staff were excellent. They were friendly, thorough and professional. My husband and I felt at ease and not rushed. Appt was prompt. The business was very well set up and nice.
My son had his first eye exam with Dr. Novak yesterday! He did amazing with him. So did Mary his Nurse. New London has a great office with great staff! Very kid friendly! Thank you all so much for the great experience!
This is a very impressive, well run business. The staff is well trained, professional and friendly. The cataract surgery was performed efficiently, with state of the art equipment in a very clean surgery center. The follow up appointments conducted by Dr Fischer, Dr Novak and Dr Hanson were very good; such knowledgeable people, producing the best possible vision results.

I went to the New London clinic because I wanted a second opinion from an eye exam several months earlier. Dr. Novak, Mary, and the rest of the team were very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am glad I switched providers and appreciate the care I received.
