We stopped in to get our son a new pair of glasses. We were greeted when we came in. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses. We received a phone call when our glasses were ready. They were kind enough to fix our son’s old glasses. We had a great experience and highly recommended this place.
I recently needed new glasses and decided to try Shopko. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jennifer, who kindly answered my question about AARP acceptance. Shortly after, Brenda assisted me in trying on several pairs of glasses. Both Jennifer and Brenda were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. With their honest opinions and guidance, I found the perfect pair and placed my order. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Shopko to anyone looking for new glasses.
