Dr. Fishbaugh is not a friendly person. He comes off very arrogant and honestly just rude when he speaks to you. He speaks down to people and is overall not good with kids during exams. The others in the office are wonderful but its been an awful experience each time with him and we ended up switching to another provider because we didnt want to deal with him anymore. Spoke with several others who has similar experiences with him. Too bad as other providers in that office are wonderful.

I had an appointment today for my exam and new glasses. When I was trying to check in I was told my appointment had been cancelled due to me not confirming it. Which I did!! The receptionist searched her computer more and told me there was no confirmation from me once again. I said well your computer is wrong. I was then told they were full today and could not get me in for several weeks after I had already waited several weeks for this appointment. As I'm leaving through the first set of doors I hear someone tell me to have a nice day!! So very rude and disrespectful of her. I will move on and find someplace that knows how to treat customers. She must have forgotten that my insurance and myself pay her wages. Done with Fishbaugh and I will not recommend them to anyone.

In for the 1st time last week. Great staff! Everyone wad so nice. Had a problem with insurance and they took care of it for me. Actually felt like they cared! Will be switching the family over. Very thorough team. Clean facility to boot! Thank you.

We have a very shy little guy and he's very uncomfortable with new people and change. The staff at Fishbaugh Family Eye Care did absolutely amazing with him. They brought him out of his shell while at the appt and made him feel super comfortable in the glasses he needed. I'd definitely recommend Fishbaugh for the eye care you need. They're excellent and have a great selection of frames too. 😁
