Made my appointment for the Lima office as they could get me in sooner than the Findlay location. Very good customer service from beginning to ordering of my glasses very professional. Doctor explained everything to me step by step. Would definitely recommend Spectrum eye care from either location
Have been going to them for 3 years now for glaucoma. They are thorough and really take good care of you. Only downside is they are busy, so sometimes have to wait. Dr Gupta is friendly and really knows his stuff .
Dr. Hayes and her team were very thorough and patient. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The whole team made me feel comfortable, explained all of my testing and the results. A great process from start to finish.
I had a very good experience from start to finish. I lady that did the first eye tests was very good at what she does. And was a very pleasant person. And Dr. Hays always does a good job testing and explaining things that you can understand. And even the lady that checked you out was a pleasant person. Highly recommend. 5 Stars!
These are the best eye care specialists I've ever been to. Incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else!
