Very good customer service I was already taken care of right away. There was a guy named Dustin sitting in the first desk and asked if I needed anything and I said yes, I was looking for a pair of sunglasses. He took care of me we were in and out within 10 minutes. The one on Allentown is the best there’s a girl named Brittany. She’s very friendly. She gives out good customer service never been until the other one on Harding Highway but the one on the road I feel more comfortable and trustworthy there.

One word, AMAZING. After spending $800+ out of pocket at a private eye dr for my 3 year old and being treated less than good.. Ellen comforted me and saved the day!! … and my pockets 😂 Glasses took 2 whole days to come in, meanwhile I’m still waiting a week later for my $300 replacement from the other place. Thank you thank you thank you. I will never go anywhere else ❤️

My glasses broke and I can't get into my eye doc until the end of July. I called here and I got an appointment the same day. She put my old lenses in new frames and made the process painless. Didn't catch her name but she was very friendly and did a wonderful job! All together took about 20 min. And only cost me 28$!

Not the greatest experience. The optician was decent, but the sales people are pretty lacking. The prices are the cheapest around I believe, but I would recommend paying a little more and going to Shawnee optical or another higher tier provider.

Everything was great. They got me in right on time. Everything from settting up the appointment, the exam and buy a new pair of glasses. Great experience
