I was in SVS the other day looking for glasses. I have come here before and had great experiences with the ladies. But, this is the second time I have witnessed their manager yell at her workers in front of customers. She was being EXTREMELY rude and hurtful. No one should treat their workers like that. This isn't the first time I have seen or heard this happen. I will never come back, and I would not recommend this place.
I had an excellent experience. I have been going here for a while and I always leave with a smile on my face. This time I was with Tara and Jill, they are all so nice and wonderful people to meet. I absolutely love going here and would recommend it to anyone.
I recently picked up my glasses and was very disappointed with the service. I felt rushed through the process and the staff member I dealt with was quite rude. Getting new glasses is an important purchase, and I expected a much more professional and patient experience. From here on out I will take my money elsewhere!!!!
Refused to print off my prescription and told me to come back with it printed off. Vibe felt very off and unwelcoming, almost as if enemy territory. Associates didn’t even know another associates name.
SVS is terrible now. Over a month and still haven't received my childs glasses, I've called corporate which at least they apologized and the store and they aren't giving answers and not returning my calls. So frustrating.
