I've been going to Dr. Sigler since I was around 13 so over 15 years! He's super knowledgeable and always friendly. I always leave confident that my script is 100% accurate every time. Every staff member I spoke with today was so kind to me and my daughter. The staff does great with finding out how to best use your insurance and get the most bang for your buck. Which means a lot since contacts and glasses aren't cheap!

I did not have a good experience here from day 1. Not one staff member acknowledged me when I arrived. As the appointment progressed, the staff members were still reluctant to talk to me. The conversations were very forced and awkward. A few minutes into my appointment, the staff members started to act a little bit more friendly and were very generous about giving me a trial-sized contact solution to take home with my trial lenses. However, after taking the contacts home, one of them dried up in my eye and fell out. I returned to the center to request a different brand of contacts that would not get dry and fall out of my eye. When I asked if I could try on a brand of contacts that I was familiar with, the staff member scoffed and huffed at me. She was clearly very upset that I did not want to buy the contacts that she originally recommended. Lastly, the eye doctor got my eye prescription confused. My left eye is significantly weaker than my right eye, but his prescription showed that my eyes were almost equal in strength. I have been to many different eye clinics and never once has an eye doctor come to this conclusion. Overall, it was a huge waste of money to come here. I had to spend extra money for an entirely separate appointment at a different eye clinic that could give me an accurate eye prescription.
My first visit with Dr. Sigler was amazing. He is hands down one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. His staff was very kind and attentive to my needs! Definitely recommend this office!
I recently visited Fishers Family Vision Center and was very pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic in their service to me. They all wore masks so I felt safe. There was hand sanitizer readily available at multiple locations within the office. The doctor took time to explain in detail the status of my vision/eyes and helped me select the correct contact lens for my particular needs. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially during this pandemic situation.
I just had my first visit, the office staff and doctor were great! Very friendly, very helpful, did a great job explaining everything they were doing, would highly recommend!
