We've been patients for 15+ years. We've always had good, consistent care. The last year or so the front office seems different. Different in that they rarely answer the phone anymore. When we are there the phones are not busy so I'm unsure why we always have to leave a message for a call back. The cost with insurance and dual insurance seems to go up and up even if you stick with the low end of glasses that should be covered, you still pay $150+. Contacts are about $800 - $1000 a year w/dual insurance.

This is my favorite provider or all the routine medical things we do. Dr Pall is phenomenal and her staff is the absolute best. I’ve brought all my kids and husband here because it is consistently great. Clean, best technology and efficient!

Fishers Eye Care somehow made an eye exam… enjoyable, which feels like a small miracle. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and upbeat, making the whole process easy and relaxed. Even the dreaded air puff test wasn’t bad—they kept things light and gave me a heads-up so I didn’t completely jump out of the chair (just slightly). The exam itself was thorough, and everything was explained clearly without feeling rushed or overly technical. And when it came time to pick out frames, the staff made it surprisingly fun. They helped narrow down options and gave honest input, which made the decision way easier. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly enjoys what they do. Highly recommend Fishers Eye Care to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

Dr. Pall and all of the staff at Fishers Eye Care are outstanding!! They are always helpful, professional, and caring. I have been a patient since moving to Fishers several years ago, and they always take care of whatever I need. Thanks to Fishers Eye Care for such positive experiences every time!! I highly recommend them for your eye care needs!!
