After being with the same eye doctor for years I was a little nervous about coming here but after meeting the staff and doctors my mind is at ease. The staff is professional and willing to help and the dr is very professional, thorough and listens to your needs.

From the moment we entered the Five Points Eyecare office to when we checked out, everyone we encountered was kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Nadine Forche was exceptionally accommodating to my sensitivities and needs. She took time and patience to address all my questions and concerns, as did her assistant, Ellie. I’ve been to many eye doctors in the past and can make a good comparison. My examination was thorough and all aspects of it were explained along the way (a very unusual occurrence). Dr. Nadine, thank you so much. You deserve many more than just 5 stars.

$657.80 for a extended vision eye exam is too much (glasses, and two devices), which produced an irritated wife when she was left to be processed and be treated with an irrelevant and defensive optometrist (he gets one star) who didn't like us much, very very clear. We are medicare patients, and do not expect to be treated as if we are 2nd class, nor like anyone else, just with normal dignity and not slur's about my wife making sure we can see a menu to that she can pick out the highest priced item on the bill. High prices do NOT equal quality, and this includes this outfits forward facing QC and Customer Non-Service. Poor parking, snooty staff in some cases (not in others), and a place we shall never visit again, nor recommend to anyone. Plenty of staff were observed busy congregating, and not working. That told us something straight away. Long wait, pricey service, a thin tempered optometrist, and overall vibe that is more along the lines of a pressure cooker and cattle yard. Good luck with that. Ignore the short irrelevant responses the office manager produces. Excuses do not make up for poor customer service nor poor value.

Special thanks to Five Points Eye Care for their outstanding service. I had an eye emergency that I feared was a detached retina. They got me in immediately, and fortunately my problem was not serious. I've used them for years, and refer all my patients, staff, and family to their office. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their entire staff helps provide a great experience. They couldn't be any better, I give them my HIGHEST recommendation! Interesting. Trying to figure out our experience 3/11/26. Filled out all the forms on line. Extremely thorough and detailed information that we provided. Don't know where it ended up. Out there in the world wide web. Hope it's secure. Apparently, it never ended up at this provider Anyway, everyone were awesome and helpful. Thank you Dr Jon Forche and all of the staff. We appreciate you. We definitely recommend Five Points Eye Care
