The most thorough eye exam I have ever received. Dr. Onyale Warnock and her technician Dallas, were the absolute best! Super friendly and explained everything every step of the way!! 10/10 recommend!! I will be sticking with them!!
This practice was once a gem, however since recent sale to private equity, it's gone downhill fast. Despite having appointments for routine check-ups, the wait times are well over an hour. Additionally, their new policy is to overcharge patients and not refund overpayment until after insurance makes payment to them. VSP stated that this was in violation with their contract. We've been patients there for over 5 years and will never go back which is unfortunate as Dr. Warnock is fabulous.
My experience at GCS was great. Every aspect of the visit was comfortable, timely, respectful, and professional. I really appreciated Dr Warnock's patience in explaining everything to me and providing solutions. The nurse who did the initial exam was professional and thorough. The customer service level at reception was also top notch. This was a much better experience than a storefront vision center, where their only interest is selling you an expensive pair of glasses. The Georgia Center for sight seems to really care about your health and well-being. I highly recommend this organization.
It was not good, my appt was at 3:00 I arrived a little early I didn’t walk out of the office until 5:20. I have never waited so long to check in or check out for a doctor appointment. The rest of the visit was fine, I hope my experience in Watkinsville will be better.
From entering the door until checkout it was an excellent experience! Dallas was wonderful and so was Dr Tuckfield. He was patient and explained everything that was going on! Very pleased! All my eye care needs will now be through Georgia Center for Sight!
