Every associate was excellent! The office is clean and the selection of frames better than any other optical. Janet the optician was so knowledgeable. Dr.B gave a very thorough exam. He took the time and explained everything. Would recommend 100 out of 10!!
I came in 1/2 and hr. early, and they were able to work with me. Everything was explained in detail as to the scans I took, and what they meant. It is always a great experience!
My entire experience, from the moment I stepped into the office of Flamingo Falls Eye Care to the time I left, was outstanding. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Kevin and Dr. Balaguer each proceeded to examine my eyes, with absolutely no rush. All my questions were answered at length. Dr. Balaguer is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable, plus 100% concerned with getting the right contact lenses for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Flamingo Falls Eye Care, Dr. Balaguer and his staff. Thank you for your professionalism.
Flamingo Eye Care is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is kind, professional, and always helpful. Dr. B is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your eye health. Special thanks to Tyler, who helped me with my glasses. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable when it came to selecting the right lenses, fittings, and taking precise measurements. The process was smooth and stress-free. My referral list keeps growing—my entire family comes here now, along with some of my colleagues and friends. That’s how much I trust the care we receive. Highly recommend Flamingo Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent service and compassionate care! Michele S.
Dr. Jaime Balaguer and all his staff at Flamingo Falls Eye Care are simply AMAZING! Dr. Balaguer is very knowledgeable, personable and takes the time to explain things and answer all questions. Additionally, he is on top of new developments on eye care (he also invested in state of the art equipment for the eye exams). All his support staff is fantastic - very knowledgeable and friendly. Flamingo Falls also offers a nice selection of frames, and Gaby helped me to find frames to fit my face and taste. I started seeing Dr. Balaguer in 2019, and I will not go any other place for my eye exams.
