Please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I have been coming here for years, and I promise you, the service is deteriorating rapidly. Not only was I on time and checked in for my appointment, I had to wait nearly TWO HOURS to be seen and then was told that they were calling me the entire time, although I was sitting in the waiting room and received a text from them saying that my appointment was going to be delayed. This is completely unorganized. It's ridiculous. They already canceled my previous appointment. And now my doctor's trying to rush me saying that it's way too much to follow during one appointment. However, the office never followed up with me to reconfirm a new appointment or anything else. Please save yourself some time, some life, some money, some stress. GO somewhere else.

I got a referral from Dr Christina Flivoral to go for a MRI today, September 2, 2026. After arranging for Access A Ride to pick me up I got a call from LH stating I couldn't be seen because the doctor didn't send the necessary documentation for the test. This call came while I was already in route to go on Access A Ride I had to get off and return to my apt. I was so disappointed this unacceptable doctoring.

This is from October 2024. I posted this review under Dr. Abu Shoyeb specifically but I forgot to put it under the facility it self. We need to be able to rate half of a star. He doesn't write prescriptions. Dr Abu Shoyeb is a doctor who cares to take you off of all medication and disregard what you say and how you actually feeling. If you have any sort of pain or conditions that may deal with pain. He will disregard your pain. This doctor is more of a nutritional doctor who cares about your weight. This doctor has a horrible bedside manner when you want to talk to him about something other than you maintaining a healthy weight. Instead of fully explaining what is going on with my other injury hed rather tell me to follow a you tube Dr for therapy. The YouTube doctor name is Dr. Andrea Furlan. 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK,MS EARLEEN ,WITH SHORT RED HAIR,IS THE WORST PERSON,TO WORK THERE.SHE IS RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL,DISRESPECTFUL,DISGUSTING,LOUD AND A HORRIBLE PERSON… I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THAT LOCATION FOR YEARS NOW AND I WITNESSED HOW RUDE SHE IS TO THE PEOPLE THAT GOES THERE.SHE IS SO LOUD AND RUDE AT THE PEOPLE CHECKING IN AND OUT.I HEARD HER YELLING AT THIS MAN ASKING HIM WHY IT TOOK HIM THREE YEARS TO COME TO THE DOCTOR,YELLING HIS BUSINESS OUT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE SMH.I WENT UP TO HER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND SHE DID NOT SAY A WORD TO ME ,SHE JUST KEPT LOOKING AT THE COMPUTER,WHEN I WALK AWAY SHE SAID SOMETHING SMART BECAUSE THE LADY NEXT TO HER WAS LAUGHING…IMAGINE GOING TO THE DOCTORS OFFICE TO BE INSULTED BY THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK CHECKING YOU IN AND OUT.IMAGINE HOW THE ELDERLY PEOPLE FEELS WHEN THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER AND CANT DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST HER SMH …THEY NEED TO PUT HER IN THE BACK ,TO WORK.SHE IS NOT FIT FOR THE FRONT DESK AT ALL…

To complete a simple, scheduled school physical for my child should not take over two hours…especially when I ended up leaving without the physical completed. At the end of the appointment, I was told blood work was needed before the form could be signed. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of a basic school physical requiring blood work. Even if that were necessary, it should be clearly outlined beforehand as part of the process…not something that requires a second visit and more time. No one was rude, and I appreciate that. However, it’s clear that this office needs to reevaluate and streamline its internal processes. The way patients are managed and appointments are handled feels disorganized and inefficient. Something that should be simple turned into a frustrating and avoidable experience that will eat up two days of missed work.
