i had a very poor experience both from the eye exam(s) as well as the 2 failed attempts to generate a proper set of eyewear. the last swing at the ball produced a set of multifocals that are almost all intermediate range. thankfully we happened to move to another state and with the move another eye center. i now have a better perscription and a set of glasses that actually work. i can, of course, only speak from my experience. my suggestion, look elsewhere.

The office is horrible. I need my records sent to another Dr, it’s been 10 days since I signed the release. When I called to pick my records up myself, I was treated so rudely by the lady on the phone. Was told I had to wait 7-14 days for my own records. I think they don’t know that I know my rights and they cannot refuse to give them to me. This review is for the office staff not the actual doctors. They are rude and unprofessional. I was told they had more important things to deal with…..really!?!

I have been to 5 different places in the Shoals area to get eye exams and glasses/contacts. This is by far the best place to go. I highly recommend.

Dr Michael Brummitt and staff are very professional. I am new to the area and was very pleased with the service and the exams. I believe he is very knowledgeable about Grave’s disease / TED which affect me. He is thorough and will answer your questions in a way that you can understand. I was very satisfied.
