Went in with an emergency and no appointment and had never been there before. Was taken right away and treated with kindness and compassion by the staff. Very professional. The doctor I saw Ashley C Royce, OD was the kindest and most caring doctor. She did a very thorough job and calmed my anxiety. Would recommend highly to anyone and wish I lived in the area as I would be her forever patient.
Dr. Michael T. Cady was perfect. He was very thorough and patient. His staff, starting with the receptionist was also perfect. They are truly customer service oriented. They understand that customer service is not a department but an attitude and they have the attitude. This was by far the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. They are honest with impeccable service. I am recommending them to everyone I know, starting with my wife. Keep up the good work!!
Dr. Cady is and has always, with me, been outstanding. He not only examines my eyes but he also gives excellent advice for healthy vision. The office staff are quite professional and caring. The wait time is reasonable. The Optician is professional and thorough. However, it is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
As this was my first visit I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The lady who took me back for testing was very professional and really knew what she was doing. She advised me what to expect and then handed me off to the doctor. He was a very good listener and responded appropriately to everything I mentioned to him. He informed me about my vision issues and explained the next steps in my treatment. Overall I’m very pleased I went to the Florida Eye Clinic in Ormond Beach.
Appointment scheduled for 8am, but, as is typical for most appointments, one waits an additional 15 to 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Stacy, the assistant was very pleasant, professional and informative. Dr. Cady was his usual, capable self, and did education along with my exam which was useful and appreciated. Always look forward to my annual eye exam!
