Excellent experience from start to finish. Every staff member was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Zobian was thorough and gave me great recommendations for dry eye due to multifocal lasik I had several years ago in Texas. No upsell; no expensive drops. This is a busy practice but never felt rushed and didn’t have to wait months for an appt.
Office staff was top notch, both reviewed visits had amazing office staff and medical support staff. Had an excellent initial visit with Dr Hess, excellent chair side manner and knowledgeable regarding my particular diagnosis. A few week later an emergency arose and needed an immediate visit so I stopped by and was seen by Dr Fae. Also, excellent chair side manner, incredibly friendly and professional. Truly great experiences all around.
Got last minute appt for infected tear duct. Dr. Fae is efficient, charming and knowledgeable. Entire staff is like clockwork: warm, caring, patient with plenty of time to devote to your issue. If I lived here this would be my permanent eye care solution.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and made the whole process smooth and easy. I really can't complain about the whole experience. I'll definitely keep going back. Oh and also they were very helpful on the glasses side as well. I have a lack of a sense of fashion, so they did their best to help me choose a pair that worked for me. Would definitely recommend.
I have been going to Tomoka Eye Associates in Ormond Beach since I moved to Florida over 14 years ago. The office staff are very professional, yet very friendly and accommodating. They always have several stocked candy jars and a coffee bar set up for the patients’ convenience. I personally see Dr. Hess. He is a kind, knowledgeable, personable doctor. The technicians are all friendly and kind and treat you with respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for your eye care.
