Very efficient, timely. All exams were quickly done and professional. I want to do a special things to the front desk help Nel who was able to fix my old glasses late on Friday afternoon she went out of her way to insure my older glasses were fixed till my new ones come in.
We have been going to this clinic for a few years, this office is very organized, the staff is awesome. Had cataract surgery with Dr. Wang and it was amazing. Dr. Patel is friendly, both are knowledgeable and takes the time you need to discusss their findings. I will continue to use them.
There was a small mixup about my insurance. It was handled professionally and courteously, and I was able to have my appointment. All the staff were pleasant and Dr. Patel was very easy to work with.
Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The technician and doctor were very good. The only compliant I have is all the email reminders before my appointment. 2 reminders would be sufficient.
My first visit to this office was a good appointment. The Florida Eye Clinic near my home closed, so upon the suggestion from a friend that uses this location, I made an appointment. The office was bright and large. The people were all very nice. The exam went well, and I ordered new glasses.
