I have been a patient of Dr. Panchal for a year. He performed cataract surgery for me that was a huge success. I needed prescription glasses for almost 40 years and now DO NOT NEED THEM! Dr. Panchal is precise, professional, very gentle and takes the time to explain everything. The in-office equipment is amazing and allows for lots of specialized testing and procedures. All of his office staff are top-notch too! Love the place and highly recommend him! Marianne

THIS MEDICAL FACILITY IS VERY GOOD. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband had his cataract surgery on both eyes, and everything went well. Easy to make an appointment, and the insurance procedures are also very well managed. Highly recommended
Absolutely horrible service. We got there at 11:15 and did not see the doctor until 12:30. Also the facility is very dirty and the doctor speeds through the visit without giving patient a chance to accurately explain what’s wrong. Like you make me wait over an hour but cannot take time to thoroughly do your job.
I had a visit today at 10:00 a.m. I arrived early so that proper procedure could be done pertaining to my insurance, the young lady at the desk had a really nasty attitude and wasn't even trying to hear or understand what I was saying to her as far as my Medicaid insurance I understand it's Monday I understand that it could be a bit of a hassle to have to go and call Medicaid to verify that yes the patient does have share of cost, but I see several different doctors every month most of which are specialist and every last one of them called to verify that I can actually be seen why was it so difficult for this office to do so and to make matters worse bedside manner is everything as I'm sitting in the chair waiting to be seen watching all the other patients be seen the doctor comes out and has a sidebar conversation right in front of me and the debate is do I pay myself or not be seen basically so I politely get up tell them that's okay I don't want to be seen in the doctors asking what did you hear that's irrelevant at this point thanks but no thanks.
My first visit was 45 minutes wait. My next appointment I walked in on time and it looked like the waiting room was full. I said, how long will I have to wait? They replied, 40 minutes. I booked an alternate appointment for the earliest they open so I won't have to wait and i left. I received a call a day before the appointment and the employee was kind enough to inform me that they would be running behind so come half an hour later. I was pleased for the attention to detail. However, when I showed up on time, they made me wait 45 minutes again! So, the doctor comes in and says," I'm going to put drops in your eyes and make you wait 40 minutes before we start."... REALLY? These guys have a 45 minute wait addiction! My conclusion is that it's not incompetence from the office appointment maker at all. It's the doctor's greed overbooking appointments as a SOP. However, to make up for the inexcusable time theft, the doctor gives free medication that would normally cost money. If you like waiting 45 minutes or more for an appointment, then this is the place for you.
